Nutrisse Nourishing Color Creme – Golden Mahogany Brown 535

Today I thought I would update you guys on my new hair color. Since it’s a new decade thought it would be great to make a change. I found this hair color at Kroger, and I used two boxes.

I bought the hair coloring bowl, and brush at my local beauty supply company. It only costed me four dollars. I squeezed everything except the conditioner into the bowl.

I mixed everything in the bowl really well, and applied it to strands at the roots then painted the hair with a highlight brush up to the middle length of my hair. I kept grabbing random sections so it could look really natural.

After applying the color to all of my hair. I set a timer for 30 minutes. Then I applied the conditioner that came with the box, and rinsed my hair. I also added a herbal essences conditioner to my hair, and rinsed it out. I blow dried my hair. Then I’m curled it right after.

These were the finally results. I love that my hair still looks, and feels healthy. My hair normally doesn’t take color well. I’m very satisfied with the way it turned out, and that I was able to save money by doing it myself at home.

If you would like help selecting a hair color I have linked a Garnier hair color selector. I personally recommend sticking to a color close to your natural hair color so you can go longer in between hair dying.

Hope you enjoyed this post, and I will see you in the next one.
