I’m so happy for Fall and ready to try anything pumpkin. I wanted to review this yogurt I ordered it through Shipt and it was $3 plus tax from Target ($3 offer expires Sept 26).

This is my favorite yogurt for so many reasons. The first reason is because it’s affordable, it’s 80 calories, and is creamy. What made me want to buy this is the cute fall themed packaging. My favorite flavor was their vanilla flavor, and I’ve been hooked.

After trying this pumpkin pie flavor has moved up to the very top of the list for me. This tastes like someone took pumpkin pie, and stuffed it into my yogurt cup.

I couldn’t believe how smooth it was. I was expecting it to be overly thick. It’s not overly chunky like pumpkin puree tends to be. This is delicious, and creamy without being overly sweet yogurt. Which I appreciate because I have sensitive teeth.

Pumpkin Parfait

My favorite way to eat this yogurt is by turning it into a pumpkin pie Greek yogurt parfait by adding Nature’s Path Flax Plus Organic Pumpkin Flax Granola Breakfast Cereal

Greek yogurt has so many health benefits, and that’s the main reason why I always keep greek yogurt in my fridge.
